The TCP ® design has finally been accepted by the ministry of housing in Chile, for paving streets and passages that require approval by the local authority. This will allow significant savings in projects and public roads, since the use of this technology reduces significantly the cost of pavements, because the upfront costs are even lower than asphalt in many cases and with very little maintenance cost.
